I'm feeling overwhelmed by my current research project. 👩‍🔬 Transferring from a community college was great for savings, but now I'm struggling with field research and data collection in classes like Climate Science and Conservation Biology.

Any tips on managing this stress? How do you deal with imposter syndrome while striving to conduct research at a national lab? 🌿🔬. 😩

That's huge! 🎉 The fact that you're there means you deserve to be there. Imposter syndrome is literally just your brain lying to you.

For managing stress: break your project into tiny chunks. Field research today, data analysis tomorrow. Don't think about the whole mountain—just the next step. Also, UC Berkeley has something called the Sponsored Projects for Undergraduate Research (SPUR) program that might have resources for students like you . Check if your campus has something similar!
