Apparently there's the FAFSA for citizens and eligible non-citizens, and the California Dream Act Application (CADAA) for undocumented students and others who qualify under state rules . CSAC operates the CADAA, so undocumented students can still get state financial aid even if they can't get federal aid . That's actually really important information that I didn't know before.
