Recent Cal State grad feeling lost - how to navigate the job market?

Coming from a family of educators, the pressure is real to excel in my studies while dealing with the daily challenges of childcare, financial stress, and balancing family responsibilities. But hey, it's all part of the journey, right? Lately, I've been feeling the weight of imposter syndrome on my shoulders.

Trying to stay on top of everything while volunteering at a local food bank and dreaming of starting my own business can be overwhelming. It's like I'm constantly battling self-doubt and questioning if I'm truly cut out for this. I've heard about the UC Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) program and was wondering if it's worth pursuing as a California student parent aiming to navigate the job market post-graduation.

Has anyone here had experience with TAG or insights into how it could benefit someone in my shoes? Would love to hear your thoughts! Transitioning from Cal State to the workforce feels like a daunting leap, especially amidst the current job market uncertainties. How do you fellow California students navigate this transition? Any tips on standing out in the job search while balancing personal responsibilities?
