Good day, everyone! Hope you're all enjoying the beautiful California sunshine. As sociology professor at Cal State Long Beach, see my fair share of students trying to juggle part-time work and full course load. It's lot, right? But hey, I'm convinced Californians have that extra grit! I've been in this teaching gig for about years now and I've picked up some tricks along the way. First off, can't stress enough how important it is to find balance that works for you. Some of my students swear by early morning study sessions before their shifts; others would rather burn the midnight oil after work. Time management is key here.

But listen to me rambling on I'd be interested to hear what you guys think. Any tried-and-true strategies out there from those who've walked this tightrope? Or maybe someone's got an app or tool they found helpful? Spill the beans! Post Hey everyone! Senior here from sunny So Cal, totally psyched about heading off to college soon.

For med school applications... Yo, anyone thinking about Cal Poly SLO? I've heard their engineering programs are solid. As a UCSD Bioengineering major aiming to teach in Cali public schools, I feel like the tech skills could be a game-changer for my career goals. Coming from a fam of educators, I value schools that prep you well for real-world impact. Plus, it's always cool to explore new parts of Cali! 🌴🌞 On balancing work and school, I've found it tough juggling part-time gigs with my course load. Any tips on time management or flexible jobs around San Diego? And hey, what other factors are y'all considering when choosing colleges? 🤔 #CaliCollegeLife. 🧬
