How do I contact a Sixth College advisor at UCSD?

I need to talk to an advisor about my schedule but I'm not sure how to reach them. The Sixth College website says the "Virtual Advising Center (VAC) at vac.ucsd.edu is the best way to connect with Advising" . You can submit questions through the "Ask a Question" tab and an advisor responds within "48 business hours" .

Has anyone used this? Is it actually responsive or do questions get lost?

Saimon, I've used VAC a bunch. It works. The key is to put your question in the "Ask a Question" tab, not emailing individual advisors. They have a team that monitors the queue. If it's a quick question (like "does this class count for my GE?"), they answer fast. If it's complicated (like a major change), they'll probably tell you to schedule a 30-minute appointment. But they'll respond.
