Just wrapped up my journey at UCLA's Law School talk about intense, but so rewarding! Now as an alum, can't help but think about the number of essays wrote. There were days when my fingers felt like they were on fire from typing so much! But one tool that saved me from many late-night essay crises was Grammarly. That software was lifesaver for those AM essay-editing sessions. I'd have probably graduated with truckload of typos if it weren't for it!
On the other hand, teaching at San Francisco State University has made me realize how many students are unaware of how beneficial Grammarly can be. It's not just about checking your spelling and grammar folks; it's secret weapon for improving your writing in general. For instance, did you know that Grammarly can help make your essays more engaging? It offers suggestions on using more active voice and eliminating unnecessary words.
And when you've been staring at the same page for hours (we've all been there), having that objective set of "eyes" on your work is priceless! It also gives readability scores which can help you gauge if your paper is too complex or too simple for your target audience and as anyone who's sat through lecture of mine knows, getting that balance right is crucial! Honestly, But hey, don't just take my word for it.
