Currently, my dream is to jet off abroad for a study program, but I'm grappling with some major imoster syndrome vibes. 🙈 Homesickness is real, especially when you're far from home and juggling courses like Startup Fundamentals, Venture Capital, and Business Pitching. On top of that, I'm struggling with writing killer business plans, prepping pitches, and nailing down market research.

Has anyone else in the Cal Poly Pomona community experienced this? Any tips on how to kick imposter syndrome to the curb and stay focused on my goals as an aspiring entrepreneur? When I'm not hitting the books, you can find me hiking in the breathtaking California mountains on weekends for some peace of mind. Let's chat and share our experiences!

We gotta hustle for that dream job at a national lab, am I right? 💪 When it comes to writing in the business world, communication skills are key. 📚 I've found that taking courses like Business Communication or even Legal Writing has helped me sharpen my writing chops and stand out in my field.

Have you thought about taking any writing classes related to business or maybe even dabbling in some creative writing electives? Also, talking to a counselor could really help navigate your path. They can offer insight on which courses to take and how to make the most of your major while still pursuing your writing passion.

What kind of research are you interested in doing at the national lab? And have you considered any internships or research opportunities to get your foot in the door?
