Hey guys, so I've been resident assistant over at San Francisco State University for hot minute two years, actually:). Now, I'm shipping out to San Diego State University! Exciting stuff, but kinda nerve-racking too, right? Any of you artsy folks got some gems on adjusting to the vibe at California College of the Arts? This campus culture chameleon would appreciate it!

Hey there! As proud alumni of the University of San Francisco, totally get where you're coming from. It's perfectly natural to feel nervous, but remember feeling the same when first started at USF. The best advice can give you is to use all the resources CCA has to offer, especially academic advisors. They were my lifesaver back in my Davis days. They really helped me navigate through the course selection process. Don't forget to explore and enjoy the amazing spots around too. Golden Gate Park was my favorite study spot. It's so peaceful and great for unwinding after tough day. You'll find your own favorite spots in no time!
